Alfred Tellitocci, 88, of Shadyside, OH. passed away on Monday October 11th, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Care.
He was born December 4th, 1932 in Bellaire, OH, the son of the late Luigi and Maria (Olivieri) Tellitocci. Alfred was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, a member of the Shadyside American Legion and member of St. Mary’s Cahtolic Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Joyce (Koonce) Tellitocci; sisters, Rita Shafer, Virginia Garton; brothers, Armand Fana, Columbo and Joseph Tellitocci; and twin sons, Paul and Andrew Tellitocci.
Alfred is survived by his children, Michael (Sherry) Tellitocci of Zanesville, OH, Anthony (Kim) Tellitocci of West Harrison, IN; a sister, Edith Olex of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; and 4 grandchildren, Jessica (Colt) Miller, Andrew Tellitocci, Emma (Matthew) Perdue, Alec Tellitocci; and a great grandchild, Emmett Perdue.
Family and Friends will be received on Tuesday October 19th from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, OH. Funeral Mass with Fr. Dan Heusel officiating, will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Shadyside, OH at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire, OH with military services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church at TMCFunding.com

As I was growing up I would always visit and talk to Al and his wife. He was a great storyteller and a very thoughtful, wise man.
Both were wonderful people and great neighbors. I hope that the family can take comfort knowing that they are now together again.

We will miss our friend and neighbor Al. We always had interesting and engaging discussions, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Al and Joyce were great neighbors and will be remembered fondly. Praying for the Family in this difficult time.
