Betty always came to visit my Grandma and Mom. She would bring Grandma vegetables from her garden and would sit and talk for hours. So sorry for the family during this time.

You were more than a neighbor, Betty. You were like another grandmother to Jeff and I from the moment we moved to Talbott Road beside of you. We shared so much together, such as gardening, food, stories, and many laughs. So thankful you were in our lives and just know that you will be in our hearts forever…..

We are so very sorry to hear that Betty has passed away. She had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. She was amazing how dedicated to the Legion and our Veterans she was. She was a lady with a big heart that now has left a big hole in so many others. Betty, you will be missed! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

To all the family. I knew Betty thru the eyes of her Grandaughters Brenda and Tina and grew to admire the kindness and humor. I know she will be missed by hundreds but she has left behind a trail of wonderful memories. In my prayers.

My dear sweet Betty, You were such a sweet lady and totally dedicated to our veterans. God certainly has a special angel entering the heavenly garden above. I so enjoyed our many conversations on the phone , not to mention your jokes. Our last conversation was a few days before you went to the nursing home, I know you didn’t want to go there, but you had no choice! No more pain and suffering Sweetie! You will be greatly missed ny many….especially our veterans who you devoted your life in serving! Rest In Peace my dear friend. Much love and sympathy, Shelley

Sorry for your loss. The best friend that a bereaved family can have is our Heavenly Father and God, Jehovah. He invites you to throw all your burdens on him through prayer and he will sustain you in this time of grief. He is the hearer of prayer. Psalms 65:2; Psalms 55:22.

I’m at a complete loss. A huge loss to the family. A glue that held us together and kept us bonded. She will be missed.
