Paula,
I’m so very sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. Sincerely, I thought of her many times since I left Powhatan. Though not so far away, I have only been back a few times, but always I wanted to check on Betty Jo and Susie. I enjoyed being around them. Your mom extended so many kindnesses towards me. And I have some really good memories! I didn’t know it at the time, but I see that she died on Mandee’s birthday. Certainly I will keep her in my heart and think of her every year. May God Bless you, and Amie, and the new baby on the way! Take Care. Chere
