One thing I always looked forward to each family reunion was seeing Uncle Chuck again, whether it was his signature meatballs, a joke that never failed to make me laugh, or the way he took mini golf a little too seriously: all these memories are bittersweet now, and yet they still hold a fondness that will never diminish. If I’m fortunate enough to make it where you are someday, please, save your next punchline for me, okay?
I am so sorry to hear of Chuckie’s passing. There are many wonderful memories of our family get togethers when we were young. May your faith, family and friends help you through this difficult time. Sending hugs and prayers your way.
