When I was 8 years old, I decided I wanted to start going to church by myself. Daisy must’ve noticed this little girl sitting alone and invited me to come sit with her and her family. For several years I attended church with Daisy, and she always treated me like I was her granddaughter, I and even kind of thought of her as a sort of grandmother to me. She was very kind and I never forgot her. I had often thought of her over the years and wondered how she was. A wonderful lady.
