Daniel Sidney Tennant, 65, of Bellaire died Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, OH.

He was born April 2, 1958 in Rivesville , WV a son of the Daniel Sidney Tennant and Elma Marie (Hill).

Daniel was a United States Navy and Army Veteran.He also served in the Army Reserves and National Guard. He was a member of the Bellaire American Legion Post 52. He was a jack of all trades, having worked in many fields throughout his career. Daniel was also a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church in Bellaire. Most of all, Daniel was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Brian Tennant.

Surviving are his Wife, Margaret Tennant, children, Ivor Dawkin’s Tennant, Daniel Sidney Tennant , Jr., Kyla Marie Elizabeth Tennant, Kimberly June Tennant, Margaret June Tennant, Sister, Lisa Ireland, grandchildren, Sidney, Dominick, Zoey, Freya, Lucy, Eva, Jax, Melody, and his ‘bonus’ granddaughters , Rachel and Audrina.

Arrangements are private and have been entrusted to Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441 37th Street Bellaire OH 43906.
