Aunt Diane was always happiest with family. She loved family get togethers at her and Aunt Shirley’s house. I remember being over there all the time as a child. It was one of my fondest memories in life. It gave me a chance to see all my family because they all came by. You wouldn’t know who you would see. Love them all. She made a point to travel up to my wedding with some others 2 hours away because that is how important family was to her. They made sure Grandma was there. I thank them for that. I miss spending time with everyone. I know she is in heaven waiting for the rest of us. She would mention the Lord when I was around. She is up there now with Grandma and my dad and others who have passed away before us and they are just waiting for us. Love you Aunt Diane.
Many fun and loving times at your home growing up. Always there, smiling giving advice. Tell Grandma and Dad, Hello!
There’s so many childhood memories on Hawthorne Hill but I wouldn’t even know where to begin~other than that’s where we all went and had fun! Aunt Diane was ALWAYS there to talk to about anything and never judged! Will definitely miss her smile, was heart warming.. R.I.P. and until we meet again. Love you always….
