Donna Maria Mullins, 70 of Bellaire, Ohio died Saturday, January 25, 2020 at her home.
She was born January 20, 1950 in Gallipolis, Ohio daughter of the late Edgar and Lanie Stokes Atkins.
Donna was the retired manager of the Bel Capre Apartments and a Lutheran by faith.
Surviving are her daughter, Heather M. Fisher of McDonald, Pennsylvania and two brothers, Ed Atkins of Ripley, West Virginia and Todd Atkins of Cary, North Carolina.
Donna requested that there be no visitation or services.

Though I never got to meet Donna in person, I always heard great things about her from my daughter, who was a tenant at the apartment complex for about a year. Thank you, Donna, for always looking g out for my daughter and grandchildren, and being such a great advocate for them. May you rest in peace. My condolences go out to your family and friends.
