Elizabeth L. “Lucy” Paul of Bellaire, Ohio died Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Country Club Retirement Campus in Bellaire, Ohio.

She was born in Bridgeport, Ohio a daughter of the late John and Edna Groves Paul.

Lucy was a member of the St. John’s Catholic Church in Bellaire, Ohio, a member of the church choir for over 50 years, Catholic Daughters of America, Catholic Womens Club, Sons of Italy Lodge 754 and a bingo worker for St John’s for over 30 years. She was a retired employee of Krogers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Edna Paul and an infant brother, Harry Paul.

Surviving are numerous cousins and many Good Friends especially Martin Imbroscio, Irene Bickmeier and Joe and Mary DeGenova.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire, Ohio on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 am at the St. John’s Catholic Church in Bellaire, Ohio with Fr. Mark Froehlich as Celebrant, Interment in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Bellaire, Ohio.

The family would like to thank the staff at Rosewood Manor, Country Club Retirement Campus and Valley Hospice for their loving care.

Catholic Daughters of America services on Tuesday at 3:45 pm followed by the Vigil services at 4 pm and Sons of Italy services at 7 pm.
