Dear Gail and the entire Gress Family–
I am saddened to hear of Gene’s passing. I remember many good times shared as a child with your family, and feel blessed to have reconnected with Gene as an adult. We played together on the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church softball team for a number of years. Gene would pitch and “hobble” around the field as best he could, and he always enjoyed the games–as well as the fellowship. I will continue to think of him and your family as I drive down Evesham Rd. past your old house in Voorhees. Very pleasant memories! Please know that my thoughts and prayers go out to your entire family, and hope that the many years of love, laughter, and happiness help to sustain you during this time. Blessings!
