As a member of St. Mary’s and a former lector, I was always so impressed with Gene when he did the readings. I did not know you personally but can understand your loss as my husband passed on May 8 (Mother’s Day) of this year. Please accept my deepest sympathies and prayers for you and your family during this difficult time.
Dear Karen and Jessica, I was so saddened to hear of your loss. Karen, you, Gino, and Jessica were so much a part of my life during my time at St. Mary’s. How many years did Gino teach fifth grade PSR (CCD) classes? I loved this special, talented, devoted man who could use his voice to proclaim the Word or make us all laugh with abandon. Please accept my love, prayers, and condolences.
Chris & Jessica
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this challenging stage of life. Always remember the good times together and it will help get you through.
So sad to hear of Genes passing. We worked together for many years. We had so much fun laughing and joking around. I always enjoyed exchanging stories of our families. Family meant everything to Gene. Thinking of Karen and Jessica.
Although you do not know me nor my family, I would just like to tell you how much we thoroughly enjoyed listening to Gino do readings during mass at St. Mary’s and especially at the Easter vigil. Our sincerest condolences and prayers to the family.
We were so sorry to hear about Gino’s passing. What a wonderful neighbor and all around great guy. Thinking of you and Jessica today and always. Carman and Margie Greco
Karen and family, my sincerest sympathy to you. I worked with Gino for only a short time at the Health Plan and he always made our day. He was a remarkable man and will be missed.
