Frank Carpino, 86 of Shadyside, Ohio died Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at the Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia.
He was born June 18, 1935 in Bellaire, Ohio son of the late Santo (Sam) and Sarah Julian Carpino. Frank was a retired press operator for the former International Harvester and Motor Panels in Shadyside, Village of Shadyside and Belco Works, a member of the South Bellaire United Methodist Church and a US Army veteran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ross and Joseph Carpino and a grandson, Brian. Surviving are his wife, Flora “Jeanie” Marling Carpino , son, Sam Carpino of Shadyside, Ohio, sisters, Mary Ann (Mike) DeBlasis of Bellaire, Ohio, Catherine Mick of St. Clairsville, Ohio, Rose Devaul of Bellaire, Ohio and Nancy Weller of Fall River, Massachusetts. Also daughter-in-law, Debbie, two granddaughters, Tasha and Michelle, twelve grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, Ohio on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 am with Pastor Jim Lish officiating. Interment in the Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, Ohio with Full Military Honors by the Belmont County Veterans Association.

Frank,you were such a wonderful brother in law.I remember all the spaghetti dinners we had with you,holidays were special for us also.You will never be forgotten. We Love and miss you everyday.Watch over all of us.
I am so sorry to all those of you that lost Frank Carpino. I never met him but had the wonderful pleasure of knowing two of lovely sisters, Nancy Carpino and Meme Deblasis. Our deepest condolences to them both and to the rest of his family.

‘Jeanie’ and family…so sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. Worked many years with him at IH and he was always a very nice, kind, GOD loving man. The memories will linger and a great reunion awaits believers in heaven.
