Frank “Mike” Marlin, 67 of Bellaire, Ohio died Friday, March 22, 2019 at his home.
He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on July 7, 1951 a son of the late Frank “Jiggs” Marlin and Sarah Hall Marlin Steiner.
Mike was a retired foreman for Crane Plastics of Columbus, Ohio and a Methodist by faith.
He was an avid Big Reds fan, the Dallas Cowboys, West Virginia Mountaineers and Ohio State Buckeyes. Mike also enjoyed Nascar following Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt Sr and Jr, drag racing and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, George “Ott”, Robert “Bob” and William “Bill” Marlin.
Mike is survived by his two sons, Chris and Adam Marlin, sisters, Mary Lish, Gerry Heath and Debbie Palmer and brother, Jeffrey (Margie) Marlin. Also his three grandsons, CJ, Liam, Hunter Marlin, former wife, Mary Marlin, mother-in-law, Margaret Kennedy and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire, Ohio on Friday from 11 am until time of services at 2 pm with Pastor James Lish officiating. Interment in the High Ridge Cemetery in Bellaire, Ohio.

I love you, Uncle Mike! Thank you for always being there for us kids and making sure we always knew that you loved us. I am so heartbroken I won’t get to hear your voice anymore but thankful that you have your brother in heaven waiting on you. I pray you find peace. We love you so much and that will never change!

We are so sorry to hear Frank passed away. He was such a nice guy. Talked a lot to him on Facebook, and at church when we still lived in Bellaire. Prayers to you all.
