Three generations of my family have been friends and neighbors of Jean and her family since they moved to Shadyside in the 1960’s. It was great growing up with Jean as a neighbor. She was a great mother and wife and always made it fun for her children and the neighborhood children. From making water slides with a sheet of plastic and a sprinkler in the back yard to ice cream cones on hot days. Jean will be greatly missed. Condolences from my family to Jeans. I know Jean has her rewards in heaven for being a great servant on this earth for Christ. I know you were greeted by God with the words “Well done, my faithful child!” and she is no longer in pain and no more sorrow.

I have known Jean since 1975. I was married to David Knight and we lived across the street from Jean and her family. Gary was a constant visitor and we became close neighbors. I am sorry for your loss and will pray for you and your family.
