Hilda Pearl Eimer, 100 of Shadyside, Ohio died Friday, October 16, 2020 at the Country Club Retirement Campus in Bellaire, Ohio. She was born February 25, 1920 in Beallsville, Ohio a daughter of the late Carl R. and Hazel Carpenter Rucker. She was the retired owner of Hilda’s Beauty Shop in Shadyside and a member of the Shadyside Church of Christ.
Hilda always had a vegetable and flower garden and loved quilting. Her family all have beautiful quilts they treasure.
In addition to her parents, Hilda was preceded in death by her brothers, Homer, Raymond, Kenneth and William.
Surviving are her three sons, Jerry (Sylvia) Eimer of Shadyside, Ohio, Kenneth (Peggy) Eimer of Martins Ferry, Ohio and Richard (Cheryl) Eimer of Independence, Kentucky, her sister, Mary Donna (John) Wodarcyk of St. Clairsville, Ohio. Also six grandchildren, Brad (Tracy) Eimer, Philip (Telia) Eimer, Kimberly Pharez, Tammy (Dennis) Duszynski, Correy (Erin) Eimer and Randee (Meredith) Eimer. eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank, Stacey Passa, the Activity Director for all her kind help and attention to Hilda and their family.
Hilda requested no visitation. A memorial celebration of Hilda’s life will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in the Beallsville Cemetery in Beallsville, Ohio.
