Prayers to you and your family. Ilene was a beautiful person who I grew to know through the United Methodist Women. I was blessed to be able to call her my friend. I used to go pick her up if we were doing something out of town. She would go to our district meetings and we always tried to go to He’s Alive in Wheeling. These trips were a pleasure and a memory I will never forget. My daughter and I and Judy Driscol from our church went to the nursing home on the day she went to the ER. We were there at 1:00 and I found out she was not there, We were planning to go see her when she came back. I will always remember her as the last time I saw her, sitting in her chair in her living room with her beautiful cat walking around us and listening to her as we carried on our conversation. I will miss her very much but know she is in a better place and will no longer suffer. May we all remember her as the beautiful caring person she was. Go Bless.
Dearest Beth, we are all thinking of you and your family. Prayers for you all at this difficult time.
