Irella Rush, 84 of Bellaire, Ohio died Wednesday January 6, 2015 at East Ohio Regional Hospital.
She was born February 24, 1931 a daughter of the late Norman and Ada (Brutschey) Crebs in Bellaire, Ohio. One of thirteen children, Irella attended school in Bellaire and worked for the Marx Toy Co. She was married to Jesse Junior Rush on December 14, 1951. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her sisters, Harriet Crosby and Thelma Arno. She is survived by her children, Charles (Marsha) Rush of Moundsville, WV and Mary Ellen Gantzer of Tiltonsville, OH. In addition she is survived by her brothers, William Burns of California and Robert (Jackie) Sherwood of Denver, CO; 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren with one on the way as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441, 37th street, Bellaire Ohio 43906 on Saturday January 9, 2015 from 10 am until time of service at 1pm with Rev. So sorry to hear her passing.I lived next to her growing up.She was always nice to me.
