James Otto Janeda

James Otto Janeda, 75, of Shadyside,OH passed away on Thursday June 24, 2021 at the VA Hospital in Oakland, PA.
He was born February 7, 1946 in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of the late Joseph and Sarah (Mugrage) Janeda. He was Christian by faith, a Veteran of Vietnam and a member of both the VFW and American Legion in Bellaire, OH.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Marion Hendricks, Shirley Merckle,Margaret Janeda; and brothers William “Bill” Janeda and Steven Janeda.
Surviving are his brothers and sister, Joseph Janeda, Ellen Hensel and Robert Janeda; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Monday June 28 at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home, 441 37th Street Bellaire, OH, from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 PM with Pastor Richard Lynch officiating.
Graveside services will be held on Monday at 3:00 PM at the East Lawn Memorial Park in Reno, OH.
