Jared A. Zeakes, 40, of Shadyside, OH died Sunday, May 17, 2020 at his home. He was born July 7, 1979 in Wheeling, WV a son of Judith Ann Dyer Zeakes and the late James Michael Zeakes.
Jared was an employee of Aford-a-Pool in St. Clairsville, a Catholic by faith and a member of Shadyside Sons of the American Legion. He loved “THE Ohio State Buckeyes”.
Surviving are his mother, Judi A. Dyer Zeakes; a brother, James M. Zeakes and a sister, Jenna (Brett) Graham all of Shadyside, his aunt, Jodi Dyer of Columbus, OH; two uncles, Tom Dyer of Shadyside and John Zeakes of Jacksonville, FL.; the Slack family for their love for him.
Private visitation will be held on Thursday from 6-8 pm at Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, OH.
Graveside services will be Friday at 11 am at Davis Cemetery, Bellaire, OH, with Fr. Daniel Heusel officiating.
