Jeremiah Green, 77, of Columbus, OH formerly of Bellaire, OH, passed away on Wednesday June 29, 2022 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born January 31st, 1945 in Birmingham, AL a son of the late Ceola and Mary (McAdory) Burton.
Jeremiah was a retired coal miner and a member of the First Baptist Church of Bellaire.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Roberta L. Green; and 2 brothers, Jimmy and Maceo.
Surviving are his children, Marcy (Richard) Hogan of Columbus, OH, Phillip (Shannon) Green of Bellaire, OH, Tiffany Green of Bellaire, OH; a brother, Adisa; 5 grandchildren, Kipp, Myleah, Myliek, Myknzi, T’asia; and 6 great grandchildren, Kamia, Kiraleas, Kameron, Trayier, Taylyn, Tra’morr; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire, OH on Sunday July 10th, from 4 to 6 PM and Monday July 11, from 11 AM until time of service at 1 PM with Bishop Michael Tolliver officiating.
Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Bellaire, OH.
