John Joseph Vincent Kolenich, III longtime resident of Neffs and Bellaire, Ohio died Wednesday, April 1, 2020 in the Wheeling Hospital.
He was born March 3, 1940 in Bellaire, Ohio son of the late John J. and Margaret T. Dovayak Kolenich, Sr.
John was a retired employee of the Internation Harvester Corporation and the Lesco Corporation. He was a lifemember of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Neffs, Holy Name Society and Parish Council, Past President of the Neffs Fire Department, lifemember of the Neffs Rod and Gun Club, Neffs Community Association, Ohio Valley Promenaders, Assistant Scout Master and committee person of Troop 116. John loved square dancing, camping and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey Mark Kolenich.
Surviving are his wife, Beverly Kleyman Kolenich, who he married February 24, 1962 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, son, Dr. Vincent J. (Lynne) Kolenich of Bellaire, Ohio and daughter, Jennifer M. (Ernest) Blazek of Pickerington, Ohio, sisters, Elizabeth Martinski of Ft. Worth, Texas, Jo Anne Karp of LaGrange, Ohio, Karen (George) Titonis of West Wheeling, Ohio, Mary Pauline Jasinski of Shadyside, Ohio and Kathy (Michael) Busack of Bellaire, Ohio and brother, Michael (Diane) Kolenich of Shadyside, Ohio. Also six grandchildren, Vincent J. Kolenich, II, Zachary Michael Kolenich, Andrew Steven Kolenich, Megan Elizabeth (Chase) Beaumont, Cullen Michael (Kari) Blazek and Mackenzie Marie Blazek, great granddaughter, Emerson Lauren Beaumont and several nieces and nephews.
Private Funeral Mass with Liturgy will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Neffs, Ohio with Fr. Daniel Heusel, as Celebrant. Interment in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Bellaire, Ohio.

Dr. Vince the passing of your father brought back memories from the back yard of my mind of the pleasant times of our youth surrounding your grandparents, your dad and my classmate Betty.
