John “Mike” Tribbie 64, of Bellaire, Ohio died Monday, February 4, 2019, at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, Ohio.
Mike was born September 22, 1954, in Cambridge, Ohio a son of the late Jack and Patricia Dawson Tribbie.
Mike was a former Police officer for the city of Bellaire, a Church of Christ member, and an Army veteran.
Mike loved to fish and spend time with his family.
Preceding him in death was his beloved wife, Pamela Garloch Tribbie on June 9, 2016, a brother, John Joseph Tribbie and a sister Judith Wood.
Surviving are his sons, Michael Tribbie of Searcy, Arkansas, Patrick Tribbie of Washington, Pa and Matthew Tribbie of Bellaire, OH.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio on Monday from 10 am until time of funeral service at noon.
Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.

My sympathy and concolences. Mike and the entire Tribbie family, Jack and Pat, Joe and Judy and Mike were a huge part of my younger life. I loved them all. My heart is so sad.
