I am so sorry for your loss. As a young fella I played baseball with John in Amsterdam. As a kid he was a quiet sole but for some reason a competitive edge erupted when he put his baseball uniform on for the Amsterdam F-1 Merchants. I haven’t heard John’s name in years since I left in 1967. Jim Jones, Cle Elum, WA
