Lawrence Green, 75 of Bellaire, Ohio died Saturday January 19, 2019 at his home.
He was born October 16, 1943 a son of the late Lawrence J. and Merrel (Winlend) Green in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
Lawrence was a U.S. Army veteran.
He loved to play Euchre and play his guitar and sing.
He enjoyed his job driving truck and was always helping the family in any way he could.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Lawrence is survived by his children, Mary Ann (James) George, Paula Green, Robbie Green and Wendy Green.
He is also survived by his siblings, Orville Green and Alan (Sue) Green both of Martins Ferry, Ohio, Merrel Kidder of Willow Grove, Ohio and Evelyn Fader of Bellaire, Ohio.
In addition he is survived by five grandchildren, Paige Palmer, Roger Palmer, Logan Burton, Bryer Green and Klayton Green as well as his nieces Merrel Shreve, Carol (Mark) Hodorowski and Barbara Fox and his girlfriend Norma Crawford of Bellaire, Ohio.
In accordance with his wishes no formal services will be held. Final disposition will be at the convenience of the family.

Larry was a great guy we haven’t known each other for very long but was always great talking to him I enjoyed seeing him at work an talking about old farm way an new farm way how much farming has changed I will miss seeing him an iam sure he will be missed by many R.I.P. my friend. Its sad to say my goodbyes to my uncle lawrence he is sadly missed. Hed say don’t you cry kid you be tough im gonna miss him he was tough as nails never forget uncle Lawrence
My heart is broken to hear of the loss of my uncle. Me and Mark loved him so very much. He will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’ve had so many good times and lots of laughter. I know our Angel is shining down to give us the strength we in this difficult time. You will never be forgotten. Rest in peace uncle Lawerance.
What can I say about my uncle he was the best ,he had a heart of gold I have a lot of good memories with him I’m going to miss him so much no words I put begin to describe the type of person he was I will always cherish the times I had with him .
