She was my 2nd grade teacher and the teacher that had the most impact on me. I have thought often about trying to find her and am very mad at myself that when I finally did, I was weeks too late. She was so kind to ne during a very rough time in my childhood and her kindness was never forgotten. I am so sorry I wasn’t able to tell her that.

Such a beautiful wonderful lady. Pleasant and always so friendly. Glad I knew her years ago and a pleasure to have cared for her

What a kind gracious intelligent lady. I was blessed to have been able to have worked for Lillian & Jim and have their friendship for many years
I always enjoyed their stories that they shared with me and even that they had been retired for many years from teaching if a person was wise to listen closely to them they were still teaching with their words & stories
Even after their passing and back together again I can visualize them both sitting in a small French cafe having a cup of tea
they will be missed. Walt muklewicz

I had Mrs. Noice in 2nd grade. I will remember her jet black hair and big smile. Also she had a ‘mobile phone’ in her car which was unheard of in the ’60’s! Very nice person

Mrs. Noice (Griffin) was a great teacher and great lady. She was my 3rd grade teacher in 1961-1962 and drilled the multiplication tables into me. She paid special attention to all her students and we are all better from knowing her. Jerry Swift
