Lyndon Knight, 54 of Powhatan Point, Ohio died Wednesday June 22, 2016 at his home.

He was born May 31, 1962 a son of Jerry Knight and the late Helen (Crater) Knight in Bellaire, Ohio.

Lyndon was a Veteran serving in the Air Force. He worked for Con Ed Trucking as a driver.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 228 in Powhatan Point, Ohio as well as the VFW. He loved playing guitar, riding motorcycles and detailing cars.

He was married to his wife Chong Suk (Kim) Knight on June 10, 1982.

Lyndon was preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his father, his wife and his children, Jeret, Mariah and Aurora Xen Knight all of Powhatan Point, Ohio, as well as two grandchildren, Rainy Knight and Michael Hawkins. In addition he is survived by a brother, Robin Knight of Casper, WY, a sister, Sonya Kohlhause of IL and three half-brothers, Mike McHugh of Nashville, TN, Danny McHugh of IL, and Pat McHugh of FL.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 186 Main St. Powhatan Point, Ohio 43942 from 11-1 pm on Friday July 1, 2016 with Pastor William Coker Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow at Powhatan Cemetery where full military honors will be conferred by the Belmont County Veterans Association.
