Mark was one in a million. We were close friends for a very long time. We also wrested, pole vaulted, and played football together which only strengthened our bond.
Mark was as sweet fair and funny as they come. He was also a fierce and loyal friend and competitor. He had more heart than folks you usually meet and a disarming wit.
I’ve seen him do amazing things. He was a wonderful person. Safe travels Zonk.
I have so many memories of Mark. He has always been a great person. Being younger then Mark I always looked up to him as a older brother and he always tucked me under his wing as I know he will do for all of his loved ones. My prayers and thoughts are with you all.
I was so very sad to hear about the passing of Mark. Having the pleasure to know the Zonker Brothers during my coaching tenure at Bellaire was an experience that I truly cherished! Many, many great and fond moments!!! I know how strong you guys are and I know God will get you through this.
Sherri and Bruce we are so sorry for your loss of Mark. Sending prayers that you may find peace. Tammy and Terry Hollingshead

Mark was a very sweet, well mannered boy and man. I knew Mark since high school. He graduated with Misty Carpenter. He was good in sports and everyone loved him. He has a son that is just like him. Good in baseball, Football and Wrestling. He is 8 years old. He will know what a great man he was. RIP Mark.
So sorry for everyone’s loss
He was always so polite and nice to me. Prayers and hugs
God Bless You Sharon and Bruce and Family and give you peace at this time of sorrow and heartbreak,
