Millicent E. Duvall, 85 of St. Clairsville, Ohio formerly of Key Ridge died Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the Forest Hill Retirement Community in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
She was born May 22, 1930 in Neffs, Ohio the daughter of the late Howard A. “Pete” and Laura Marks Clark.
Millicent was a homemaker and former bank teller with the former First National Bank in Bellaire, Ohio, a member of the Belmont United Presbyterian Church and a former Deacon at the Coalbrook Presbyterian Church in Neffs, Ohio. She was a graduate of Bellaire High School and was active in the 1960’s and 1970’s with the Bellaire High School Alumni Association and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star #489 Captina Chapter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Meek Duvall on August 16, 2012.
Surviving are her children, Laura (Dr. Wayne) Groux of Belmont, Ohio, Gregory Duvall of Key Ridge, Ohio, daughter in law, Kathy Duvall of Columbus, Ohio and special cousins, Jackie Mehl of Jacobsburg, Ohio and Pete Taylor of Conneaut, Ohio. Also four grandchildren, Sarah Groux (Trentin) Priebe of Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Rebecca Duvall (Josh) Fabry of Shadyside, Ohio, Matthew Wilson (Amanda) Duvall of Key Ridge, Ohio and Charles Meek (Jennifer) Groux of Columbus, Ohio and three great grandchildren, Madeleine Groux, Austin Groux and Catelyn Fabry.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire, Ohio on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm where services will be held on Friday at 1 pm with Pastor Pete Walburn officiating. Interment in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Key Ridge, Ohio.
Order of Eastern Star services will be held on Thursday at 7 pm in the funeral home.
