Nancy Harris, 88 of Bellaire, Ohio died Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the home of her daughter, Terri Ackerman in Morrow, Ohio
She was born June 27, 1930 in Bellaire, Ohio a daughter of the late Stanley and Mildred Novak Zaleski,
Nancy was a retired employee of the Benwood Kroger’s and a member of the South Bellaire United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Anne Merryman and her brothers, Edward and Carl Zaleski and her former husband, Ernest Harris.
Surviving are her children, Terri Ackerman of Morrow, Ohio and Michael (Patty) Harris of Locust, North Carolina. Also three grandchildren, Christine (Tim) Wooten, Michael (Amanda) Harris and Josh (Stacy) Malarski, five great grandchildren and her special friend and companion, Jim Futhey.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire, Ohio on Friday from 10 am until time of services at 1 pm with Pastor James Lish officiating. Interment in the Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

So sad to hear of Nancy’s passing! Worked with her at Benwood Kroger & also went to church with her at South Bellaire United Methodist Church~~such a sweet lady at all times!
