Nancy Whittington, 71 of Powhatan Point, Ohio died Tuesday January 8, 2019 at her home.
She was born October 7, 1947 a daughter of the late Thomas and Helen (Travis) Jackson in Bellaire, Ohio.
Nancy was a homemaker.
She loved to play bingo and spend time at the Powhatan Senior Center.
She loved spending time with all her family and was very fond of animals and growing flowers.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Whittington as well as a half brother Bob Harris.
She is survived by her nephew and niece Roy and Gaye Longwell of Woodsfield, Ohio along with many other nieces and nephews and her good friend Jack Wilson.
In accordance with her wishes no formal services will be held.
Final disposition will take place at the convenience of the family.

I have known Nancy since I was a kid she was sweetest and funniest lady ever. I remember when I gave her a picture of my date and i from prom she said she loved my red dress and bright red lipstick. She will be missed dearly So very sorry to the family for your loss .

My aunt Nancy was the best aunt ever we would love to take turns staying with her and uncle butch she always had something really good to eat. She always made us feel so special,ILoved her very much we all know she was a very patient woman when it came to uncle butch, my all the years she took care of grandma and grandpap she was just always there doing there laundry cleaning the house or getting groceries, I’m ceartain she had to be the best daughter-in-law in the world I would love to thank my brother Roy and Gay for helping her as years passed love Patty Longwell Howell
