So sorry to hear of Mrs Deckers passing, I remember her as a great school nurse at beallsville high school. She probably rolled her eyes when she seen me coming because I would do anything to get out of school!!! How she put up with all of us kids I will never know she must have been a saint! Prayers to the family!
Noreen and I were classmates at the Ruth Brant School of Nursing. She was such a nice person and a good nurse. I was sorry to read about her passing.
My dear Noreen, missing you to work with & going out to eat…Just like you are just away…..Blessed deep sympathy to the family… She is loved..
To Noreen’s family: I have fond memories of working with Noreen when she was the school nurse in Woodsfield. Each time I would talk to her, it was clear how much she loved her family. She was always sure to ask about my family, too. I always admired how she could stand her ground in the most respectful way when she was facing a challenging situation. Your family was blessed to have a great mother, grandmother, and sister. May you find peace in God’s love and comfort now and in the days ahead. -Michelle Christman
Carla & Mike have fond memories of Noreen visiting Virginia at the Rollandini home for years beginning in 1977, when we lived on our own after college. We admired her independent spirit on her summer vacation always interested in the quality of our young lives. Noreen was a true mentor, a good listener, a beautiful woman of faith with true authentic spirit. We love you, Noreen.
Tom & family:
Sending prayers that all your pleasant memories will comfort you now. Noreen and I were nursing school classmates and reconnected at our recent nursing school reunion luncheons. She was such a kind, gentle soul and will be sadly missed.
To all of Noreen’s family,
We are sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom, Sister, Grandma, Aunt, and so much more. I worked with Noreen at Woodsfield Elementary. Third graders always got their eyes and ears tested and Noreen always got us done so efficiently without disrupting the class.
I loved talking to her about Imperial Glassware. She was so knowledgeable about many of the pieces made there. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Love, Bart & Joyce Wiggins
