To the Family of Norma Jean Eells,
My sincere sympathy to the family of Norma Jean. Norma and I were Woodsfield High School classmates from 1946-1949. She helped me with the subject, Latin – and did we have fun! After several years passed, we saw one another occasionally at the Wheeling Symphony performances. It was always a treat to visit with her for a few minutes. I
enjoyed her laughter. She was a very sweet and kind “classmate friend”.
My sympathy to all the family. May she rest in peace!

We are so to learn that Norma, our great friend, has passed. She has been a wonderful friend for many, many decades. Norma always made us smile and always made us proud of her great work at the Juvenile Center. Norma will always be in our hearts…Ed and Jenny Sargus

Norma was certainly one of the good ones and deserves all of the acolades. Always going above and beyond. We had many good times at Sargus Center and later reminiscing about the old times and all the funny stories and characters we knew . I will miss her.
