Pam Violet Crum, 59 of Shadyside, Ohio died Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the Belmont Community Hospital in Bellaire, Ohio.

She was born January 30, 1956 in Wheeling, West Virginia a daughter of Harry E. Violet and the late Glenna M. Quigley Barnett.

Pam was a homemaker and a Christian by faith.

In addition to her mother, Pam was preceded in death by her son, Dan A. Tribett, Jr. on March 8, 1997 and two sisters, Diana Lynn Fields and Debbie Holzopfel.

Surviving in addition to her father, Harry E. Violet of Shadyside, Ohio are her daughter, Brandi Burns of St. Clairsville, Ohio, two sisters, Bobbie (Thomas) Ferguson of Shadyside, Ohio and Kathy (Chuck) Mesmer of Louisana and two grandchildren, Monica (Elwood) Ray of Bellaire, Ohio and Ronni Burns of St. Clairsville, Ohio. Also her fiancé, Homer Staley of Claysville, Ohio and her former husband and good friend, Dan Tribett, Sr. of Shadyside, Ohio.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire, Ohio on Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm where services will be held on Wednesday at 1 pm with Pastor Jerry Garloch officiating. Interment in the Greenwood Cemetery in Bellaire, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Marshall County Animal Shelter, 74 Animal Shelter Drive, Moundsville, West Virginia 26041.

So sad to hear that Pam has passed away. She was the best neighbor we ever had and our dogs loved her like crazy. She was a great person. We will never have a neighbor like her again. Our condolences to the family. Rest in peace friend

I will miss u Pam very much u taught me things and put up with me when my own mother wouldn’t u was like a mom to me and I love u .
