Patsy J. Meadows, 68, of Powhatan Point died Monday, April 17, 2023, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
She was born September 19, 1954 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of Rowland Armann and the late Betty (Scott) Armann.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Susan and Barbara Armann.
In addition to her father, survivors include, her Husband of 50 years, Donald Eugene Meadows, children, Donnie (Amanda) Meadows, Scott (Stacey) Meadows, and Nichole (Bob) Couch, siblings, George Armann, Kathy Burch, James Armann, and Mike Armann, grandchildren, TJ, Zach, Donnie III, Evan, Madelyn, Joel, Isaac, Sam, Lacey, Cooper and Trista.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 186 Main Street Powhatan Point, OH 43942 on Thursday April 20, 2023 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Services will be held Friday at the funeral home at 11am. Interment will follow at Powhatan Cemetery ,.
