Mr. Speights always treated me like a son from the time I met him. He will be deeply missed by me & I will always remember his funny stories, his advice, his laugh, his sayings & how he always told me to be a man. I wish this didn’t happen but the suffering is over & you’re now at peace. Loved you like a second father & I will never forget anything from you. James, Ray, Joe & I will always keep your memories alive with stories from you & about you. Thank you for being like a second father, I’ll never forget any of the things you did for me. RIP, until I see you again….

My sincere sympathy to the family. May the words quoted from this beautiful song, based on Job 14:13-15, bring you a measure of comfort: “If a man should die, can he live again? Hear the promise God has made: He will call; the dead will answer. They shall live at his command. For he will have a longing for the work of his own hand. So have faith, and do not wonder, for our God can make us stand. And we shall live forever, as the work of his own hand.” – Sing To Jehovah, song #111.

Deepest sympathies to Duke’s family. Growing up he was a family friend. Always smiling. He was one of my dad’s (Dan Tohol) favorite people. God speed Duke.
