Ruth DeFelice, 65, of Shadyside passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021, at her home.
She was born October 23, 1955 in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, daughter of Margaret (Mottle) Minor of Jacobsburg, Ohio, and the late James Minor.
Surviving are her children; Tony (Darnell) DeFelice of Shadyside, Ohio and Angela DeFelice of Columbus, Ohio, sister, Ethel (Tom) Brown, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, three grandchildren; Gianna, Isabella and Dario DeFelice.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, Ohio on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 4pm until time of services at 7pm, with Reverend James Hoff officiating.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss if your Mom. She was an incredible Woman and like a second Mom to me as a child. I last shared a bowl of ice cream with her and her prized Grandchildren a few years ago. She was so proud of you and of all her Grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

I first met Ruth after high school when I worked at Stone & Thomas. She was always so kind to me and an incredible lady. She will truly be missed.
