In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur F. Edgar, June 11, 1987, two sisters, Virginia Harper and husband Virgil, and Lucille Gossett and husband Dale, brother-in-laws, Douglas Pickenpaugh and Edward Donley.  Maternal grandparents were George B. and Mary (Forsythe) Cook and paternal grandparents were William Frank and Sarah Caroline (Enochs) Brown.

She was blessed with a large family.  Surving are her three daughters and families; Mrs. Cheryl and Terry Loy, of St. Clairsville, with her grandchildren, Becky (Dave) McLeod, Dan (Missy) Loy, Holly (Steve) Sroka, Shayne (Kim) Loy and Joey (Chris) Loy, Missy (Steven) Bratton and their families; Ms. Cathy Jones and life companion, Don Patterson, with her grandson, Brady(Holly) Jones and family; Mrs. Jenni and Mark McKeever with her grandsons, Cody and Max McKeever, totaling nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
