My deepest condolences to Ruth’s family. I remember her well from UMC while I was growing up. She was a wonderful lady and always kind, friendly and very active in church affairs.

I will always remember Ruth and her family, since my parennts raised me and my siblings in the same area. Her youngest son and I were friends growing up, and her two older sons attended school with me through graduation. When I returned to the area, she was still a member at our local church, and we always greeted each other when she attended services. Now, she has earned her wings and is reunited with her family members who preceded her in eternal life. Those of us remaining will miss her and know that she will be waiting for us to join her when our time comes to leave this existence and pass on to our eternal life with Jesus.
