Sandra K. Ramsey, 76, of Shadyside, OH died Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Cumberland Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born January 26, 1940 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of the late Robert and Katherine Kehr Milliken.
Sandra was a retired clerk for the village of Shadyside Water Department, a Protestant by faith and enjoyed crocheting and painting ceramics.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Brent E. “Pete” Ramsey, Sr. in July of 1997; two sisters, Joyce West and Janet Bagley.
Surviving are two sons, Brent (Kimberly) Ramsey, Jr. of Shadyside and Robert (Marquettia) Ramsey of Smithfield, OH; two sisters, Betty (Sherman) Bertrand of Moundsville, WV and Sue (Tony) Vinskovich of Ashland, OH; one grandson, Brooks; four granddaughters, Bethanie, Brittanie, Shayla and Brandy; one great-granddaughter, Rilee; several nieces and nephews; a brother-in-law, Jerry West of Rittman, OH.
At Sandra’s request, there will be no visitation or services.
