Stephen DeMichele passed away and joined his lord and savior on September 24, 2022. Steve is survived by a devoted wife and partner of 55 years, Helen (Dunfee) DeMichele.
He also leaves behind two sons, Mark (Lori) DeMichele, Eric (Kim) DeMichele; An older sister, Jean DeFelice; grandchildren, Jacob, Elena, Emma, Luke, John; and nieces, Lisa and Tricia.
Steve was born in Bellaire, OH on September 23, 1930. He was the son of the late Joseph and Della (Tobacco) DeMichele. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Toni Goldsmith. He graduated from Bellaire High School. He was a veteran who served his country in the United States Army and retired from Ohio Bell after 35 years. He was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church of Bellaire. Steve will be remembered as a deeply Christian man who loved and was loved by his family.
Arrangements by Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home 441 47th Street Bellaire, OH will be private according to Steve’s wishes. He will be interred at Belmont County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions, in Steve’s name, may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Bellaire at TMCFunding.com
