Tammy Lynn (Ickler) Hixenbaugh, 54, of New Matamoras, OH passed away on Friday April 14, 2023 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
She was born on January 30, 1969 to the late Marolyn ( Scrange ) and Howard Ickler in Moundsville, WV.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson, George Frankovich.
Tammy is survived by her companion, Henry Cunningham; 4 children, Kelsey Gwennap, Kayla Ickler, Annie Cunningham, Tori Bowman; siblings, Michael, Eric and Marie Ickler; and 2 grandchildren; Amelya-Lou White and Ariel Poole.
A Memorial gathering will be scheduled at a later date.
In keeping with Tammy’s loving and generous spirit, it was her decision to donate life so that others may live.
She was known as a giving person and, even in death, her giving continues as her donation of tissues will heal as many as 75 people.
Tammy gave the gift of life through organ, tissue and cornea donation.
The family requests that donations in Tammy’s memory be directed to CORE, 204 Sigma Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.
