Theresa JoAnn Harper 85, of Bellaire, OH died January 6, 2020, at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born November 20, 1934, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Emidio and Theresa DiNardo Giannangeli.
She was a member of TOPS, she loved gardening, chats on the phone, sports on TV, Cowboy movies, and loved all her grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her husband, William R. Harper Sr.on August 4, 2011, a brother, Dom Giannangeli, two sisters, Louise Giannangeli and Lydia Krupnik-Wizba.
Surviving are her children, William R. (Marla) Harper Jr. of Bridgeport, OH., Debbie (Greg) Jones of Delaware, OH., and Linda Davis of Tiltonsville, OH, her grandchildren, Jose (Amy) Davis and their children, Javon and Aiden of Steubenville, OH., and Nathan Davis and his daughter Mia Davis of Albuquerque, NM., two brothers-in-law, Walter (Connie) Wortman of Kent, OH., and Charles (Faith) Wortman of Flushing, OH,.sisters-in-law, Beanie Giannangeli of Bellaire, OH., several nieces and nephews, and long-time friends, Doris, Virginia, Lucille and Mary. JoAnn was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend.
She will be forever loved and missed by all that knew her.
Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, OH where services will be held at 11 am Thursday with Pastor James Lish officiating.
Burial follows at Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
