WE LOVED THERESA SO MUCH. ALTHOUGH i WAS ONLY A COUSIN TO HER HUSBAND BILL, SHE WAS A WONDERFUL FRIEND TO ME AND MY HUSBAND. I HAD KNOWN HER FOR YEARS BUT WE HAD JUST STARTED SPENDING TIME WITH HER THESE 3 YEARS. WE HAD THOUGHT SHE WOULD LIVE TO BE L00 SO IT WAS A SHOCK AND DISAPPOINTMENT THAT WE DID NOT SEE HER LAST SUMMER. WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU THERESA.

To Mary Kate, Pat and Mike: This was so devastating to us, even though we were aware of her sudden turn for the worst. Sometimes, one simply cannot prepare for this about someone as loved and revered as Aunt Theresa was to us . . . even though we knew it was inevitable. We feel that we were given one of the greatest gifts and greatest privileges of all–being able to spend some wonderful times with her–especially over the last few years . . . even if it was something as little as calling her to check up on her, or dropping off some “Home-Cooked Meals On Wheels”, as we used to jokingly call them, from Shirley’s Kitchen. We all know that the term “great” can tend to be overused today, but not in the case of describing Aunt Theresa. She was truly a “great” lady and a “great” Aunt. She made a lasting impression on us; we will never forget her and ALWAYS keep her close to our hearts. Miss ya, Aunt Theresa!

Theresa and Bill were our neighbors for many years and we got out of touch when she moved downtown. I can’t tell you how saddened we are to hear of her passing! We will mss her but we were blessed to have known her.
