Thomas H. Suter, 77, of Bellaire, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Shadyside Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Shadyside, Ohio.

He was born August 19, 1946 in St. Clairsville, Ohio a son of the late Page and Bertha (McMahon) Suter.

He attended the Community of Christ Church in Bellaire. He was a proud Army Veteran having served in Vietnam. Thomas was a member of the American Legion Post 52 in Bellaire, Ohio and volunteered his time at the Woodsfield First United Methodist Church in Woodsfield, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Suter, and a sister, Shirley Suter.

He is survived by his children, Michelle (Eddie Kelley) Suter-Alexander, Tina (Tony Patterson) Falcone; sister, Ruth Harris; grandchildren, Jay, Lucinda, Leah, Nicole, David, Jane, Julianne; great-grandchildren, Jasmine, Chelsea, Kevin, Abby, Nathaniel, Elizabeth, Alexander, Leo; nephews, Jason (Chrissy) Suter, and Tim Suter.

Friends and family will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio on Monday, October 2, from 4:00-6:00pm. Additional visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 3, from 9:00am until time of service at 11:00am with Priesthood member of the Community of Christ Susie Noble officiating . Burial immediately to follow at Glencoe Cemetery in Glencoe, Ohio where the Belmont County Veterans Association will confer full military honors.
