Troy D. Fulton, 51 of Shadyside, Ohio died Friday, November 2, 2018 in the Belmont Community Hospital in Bellaire, Ohio.
He was born June 1, 1967 in East Liverpool, Ohio son of Mary Lou Mathews Fulton and the late Donald Fulton.
Troy was a heavy equipment operator with Operators Engineers Local 18 and a member of the Moriah Lodge #105 F & AM.
Surviving in addition to his mother, Mary Lou Fulton of Shadyside, Ohio is his wife, Caroline L. Boettcher Fulton, whom he married on April 22, 1995, four children Troy S. Fulton of Bridgeport, Ohio, Jodi R. Gottardi, Chase A. Fulton and Travis E. Fulton and his brother, Jeff Fulton all of Shadyside, Ohio.
In keeping with Troy’s wishes there will be no visitations with a celebration of Troy’s life at a later date. Believing in helping someone, Troy gave the gift of life by being a Lifeline of Ohio organ donor.
