Virginia J. Burrough,91, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Friday, December 11 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville. She was born June 25, 1924 in Lafferty, Ohio a daughter of the late Joseph and Sophie Pelka McCluskey.
Virginia was a retired nurse’s aide for Our Lady of Peace Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky and was a Catholic by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Ken Burrough; one daughter, Patricia Bland and one brother, Joseph McCluskey.
Surviving are two sons, Jerry (Judy) Burrough of Henderson, Kentucky and Brad (Connie) Burrough of Glen Dale, West Virginia; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
At Virginia’s request, there will be no visitation. A Graveside Service will be held Monday, December 21, 2015 at 11 am in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Patricia Bland Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of Wesbanco Bank 285 WV2 New Martinsville, WV 26155.
