William A. “Bill” Thompson, 63 of Shadyside, Ohio died Saturday, April 3, 2021 in the Wheeling Hospital. Bill was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on February 26, 1958 son of the late William and Carol Idahl Thompson. He was a truck driver for HLC Trucking of Dilles Bottom.
Bill was preceded in death by one brother Kirk Thompson. Surviving are his wife, Thoma E. Thompson, his children, Brad Thompson and Corey (Cassandra) Thompson both of St. Clairsville, Ohio, Nicole (Kevin) Bugaj of Wolfhurst, Ohio and Bambi Manion of Wintersville, Ohio, stepdaughters, Nichole Perry of Shadyside, Ohio and Dawn Carbone of Stow, Maine; two brothers, Scott (Lei) Thompson of Kona, Hawaii and Darrin (Joell) Thompson of Dillonvale, Ohio. Also four grandchildren, Aubrie, Kaleb, Lyrical and Imrie.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, Ohio on Thursday from 5 to 8 pm.
