I miss your family. Bill was kind to me and always talked to me when I went to poll school. I missed the last 2 due to health issues and why I won’t be at visitation or service. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To the Shubat family: Bill was my friend for over 20 years and a huge supporter of my public service to Belmont County. We worked together for over 13 years and I will always value his wisdom and knowledge of Ohio election. However, with all of that said, Bill was a kind, gentle and caring man and I will always cherish all the good discussions we had over the years. Belmont County residents have no idea of the extraordinary effort he gave in his job and I, as one, thank you him for it. Bill, I will miss you my friend but my memories will never fade. May your memory be eternal for you will always be in my heart
