William “Big Boy” Keith Wallace Sr., (71) of Shadyside, Ohio passed away peacefully Monday November 15, 2021 surrounded by family and love at Reynolds Memorial Hospital.

William was an Army Veteran, Catholic by Faith, and a retired RailRoad worker with Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel where he was admirably called the “Train Doctor”.

William was born to the late Philip and Nancy (Bass) Wallace on January 24, 1950 in Martins Ferry, Ohio. In addition to his parents, William is preceded in death by; his wife, Judy Wallace, his daughter and son- in-law Terri Ann and Gary Phillips, his brother, Richard Wallace, brother-in-law and nephews, Philip, Michael and Nicholas Soland.

William is survived by his children; William “Billy” Wallace Jr. (Pam Stevens) and Amanda Wallace (Chris Harding) both of Shadyside, Ohio. In addition to his children, William is survived by his siblings; Betty Ann (Tom) Busack of Indiana, Kathy Wallace, Roberta Jones (Randy Burgy), Helen Soland, Kelly Wallace (Sue Crow), all of Bellaire, Ohio and Jeffrey “Jake” (Tammy) Wallace of Columbus, Ohio. His grandchildren; Austin and Courteney Wallace, Bria (Matthew) Nelson, Rebecca Perry, Emily (Stephen) Kuhn. William also had his very special “little buddy”, Jacob and his beloved dog and companion, Elsa, also, his is beloved great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will be received Friday, November 19, 2021 at Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home 441 37 th Street Bellaire, Ohio, from 3-8pm with funeral services being held at 10am Saturday November 20, 2021 with Fr. Dan Heusel officiating. Interment in Rock Hill Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
